Tricking at SCC    



Martial Arts Tricking, known simply as Tricking, is a sport and art form which combines kicks, acrobatic flips, and various elements from sports like breakdancing, capoeira, and gymnastics

The goal is to create a small ‘combo’ using different combinations of tricks, skills and to push the limits of an athlete’s creativity and strength.


Tricking athletes train for 90min sessions each week, working towards progressing their skills and learning as many combos and tricks as possible.
